Quince-raspberry flavor
Ingredients: Swiss quince, raspberry, sugar, citric acid
AmiKette is the little kiosk of my childhood, where we would sneak off with friends during recess.
L'Amikette's candies are carefully crafted and made with fresh seasonal fruit.
The idea is to enjoy yourself as much as with industrial candy but in a healthier way with good products.
We use a low-temperature dehydration process to make our "fruiandises", which allows us to preserve a maximum of the good nutrients present in fresh fruit.
The addition of tangy sugar that coats the finished product reminds us of sour green string candies, cat tongues, lasagna... but without chemical ingredients or gelatin!
Every 3-4 months, new seasonal fruits will replace the previous ones.
